Tools of the Trade

This is a brand new section of the website and we will be adding to it on a weekly basis so check back often to se what new goodies we are showcasing.

This section of the website is devoted to providing information about the software tools we use internally both for the development of client projects as well as productivity tools we use on a day to day basis.

The information presented here is about the tools themselves. Further information about implementation and specific use cases may be found in the 4SightDS Technology Blog section of the website (also brand new). Our goal is to try and add a minimum of one new tool here a week as well as at least two articles a week to the blog.

Hopefully you will find something here of interest and, possibly, of use for one of your own projects whether internal or for a client.

All of the software presented here are tools that we can help you with should you find you require it.

    In these pages we will discuss the Joomla extensions we have used to build this and other Joomla based websites. If you see some feature of our site that you like chances are that it will be listed here.

    The Joomla extensions area of the Tools of the Trade section of our website is part of an on going project, started in December of 2008, to list and describe the various software tools we use here at 4Sight to implement both client and internal projects alike.

    If you find something here that you would like to use but need help with, give us a call as we'd be happy to provide you with consulting help.

    Also please note that as with all the software tools listed under the Tools of the Trade section of our website these pages are meant to be descriptive, high level, overviews to give you an idea of what these tools are capable of.. You may find more detailed articles on how to implement certain tools or features of those tools in the 4Sight Technology Blog section of the website. The blog is a new feature and new articles will be added regularly.
